SPECIAL ASSESSMENT MEETING
We will be holding a Special Assessment Meeting on Thursday, June 4th at 6:00 PM.
The purpose of this meeting is to review and vote on proposed community improvements, including a new playground, upgraded security camera system, the new entrance gate, and renovations to the guardhouse.
Resident participation is essential, as a vote will be required in order for these projects to move forward.
We strongly encourage all residents to attend and take part in this important decision for the community.
*Official meeting notice will be distributed in accordance with HOA requirements.*
*BUILDIUM*
Oasis uses Buildium portal for community management. Through Buildium, you can see your statement**, view association documents, and submit service tickets. We will also be able to mass text to our community through this portal if we have your mobile phone; and communicate via email to individuals or groups. As part of Buildium, homeowners have the opportunity to pay electronically = E-Pay from within your homeowner portal. And this payment will immediately apply to your statement. You can access Buildium through the resident portal on Oasis’s website or through the link below. If you do not have access to Buildium, please reach out to contact@myoasisfl.com.
*PLEASE ENSURE YOUR HOA FEES ARE UP TO DATE WITH THE CORRECT AMOUNT SET AT $125 PER MONTH*

GUARD GATE
Both entry and exit gates have been fully repaired!
NEIGHBORHOOD FLAGS
*Memorial Day is on Monday, May 25th. We encourage our community to put their flags out for this weekend. If you are out of town, please ask your neighbor to assist with placing your flags out.*
As part of our neighborhood tradition, residents are encouraged to display American flags in front of their homes in observance of national holidays that celebrate our country. These holidays include Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Veterans Day. If you were not issued flags or are in need of replacement flags, please stop by the guard house.
COMMUNITY APPEARANCE INITIATIVE
Our Beautification Committee is now back in action and will be actively monitoring the neighborhood
to help maintain its overall appearance. Please be mindful of the cleanliness of your roofs, sidewalks and landscaping.
While we appreciate the efforts being made to improve and maintain homes throughout the community, please remember that vendor and contractor signs are not permitted within the neighborhood. If a company you are working with places a sign in your yard, we kindly ask that you ensure it is promptly removed.
HURRICANE SEASON PREPARATION
As hurricane season approaches, the Association encourages all residents to begin preparing early. Please take steps to secure your property, familiarize yourself with your evacuation zone, and ensure you have adequate food, water, and emergency supplies on hand. For additional guidance and real-time updates, residents are encouraged to visit Broward County Emergency Management Division: https://www.broward.org/Emergency
Hurricane Season Preparation Quick Checklist
Residents are encouraged to take the following steps:
Secure outdoor furniture and property
Stock food and water (at least 3–5 days)
Prepare emergency supplies (flashlights, batteries, first aid kit)
Review your family emergency plan
SOLICITATION
For the safety and privacy of all residents, solicitation is not permitted within our neighborhood. This includes door-to-door sales, marketing, or any unapproved business activity. If you observe any individuals soliciting, please do your part to help keep our community secure—if you see something, say something. Report any suspicious or unauthorized activity to our guard immediately at 954-817-1532. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and peaceful environment for everyone.
BULK TRASH PICK UP
NEXT BULK PICKUP: THURSDAY JUNE 4TH
To help maintain a clean and orderly neighborhood, we kindly ask that residents do not place blue bags curbside until the day before scheduled trash pickup. Further, please keep in mind that the city will not pick up black bags. Yard waste during a regular trash pickup has to be bundled or put into clear bags.
Placing items out too early can attract wildlife, including rats, raccoons, and ducks, and may lead to additional issues within the community. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping keep our neighborhood clean and enjoyable for all.
CLUBHOUSE RENTAL
Our neighborhood clubhouse is available to rent and is a great venue for parties and special events! Rental applications are available through Buildium.
To rent the clubhouse, residents must be at least 25 years old and in good standing with the association. The rental fee is $350, along with a refundable $200 security deposit.
